“Foul!” cry Richard Dreyfuss’ reps to reports that he’s bowed out of MGM’s “That Old Feeling” because he learned he’d be making less money for the flick than Bette Midler. The actor’s camp insists he never received a firm offer for the film. In mid-September, Dreyfuss starts “Night Falls on Manhattan” with Andy Garcia. Before that even wraps, he’ll be squeezing in promotion for two of his other films: “Mr. Holland’s Opus,” opening between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and “An American President,” opening Nov. 17.
