“BEACHES” The “Drag” Version Starring Indie Nile
Indie Nile is a drag artist & lipsync storyteller from Amsterdam. Before the birth of Indie Nile in the summer of 2020, I was a filmmaker for 15 years. But the seeds of drag were there since childhood and, thanks to the isolation of the pandemic, the side of me that loves playing different characters couldn’t stay inside anymore. So now, every week, I take a wig out of the box and play a different person using lipsyncing to tell a story about them, and also about me and maybe even the human condition. I put out a video every Friday. I do seasons of 8 episodes each with bloopers & other lipsync shenanigans in between.
