Hi Mr. D- i will send in the pic once i receive the item! I won the mermaid the print……
Thanks so much Jill!
I don’t know why I’m interested in this, but I just did a cut and paste on an Excel spreadsheet, to see how successful the Auction was–Wow!!
What an Event! The total gross take for the 307 items came to over half a million dollars!! ($518,791.25).
Most of the winning bids were out of my league, so my congrats to all the Betteheads who bid, and won! It has to be incredibly exciting to own a piece of history and Bette memorabilia at the same time.
The results had to better than Bette even imagined, as most everything sold for double the estimates (or more)–which is a phenomenal boon to the New York Restoration Project, and the greening of New York. I think we’ll see Bette hit that “million trees” number sooner than later. What an incredibly awesome, and rewarding event.
How wonderful it must be for everyone involved (to Jill, Stephan, Tony, and more–I’m jealous!)
Ron – I’m going to use your math work….lol
Who is Simon and who is Tony? The guy in the first picture looks a lot like a dear friend of mine…LOL!
BETTEHEADS! Just like you and me!
LOL!
LOL! They all look great, but the first one looks like a DEAR friend of mine! LOL! XOXO
They are BetteHeads that I’ve either I’ve met or chatted with over the years…..
I know horror writer Steven king bid on a number of lots I was wondering if anyone else in the arts nodded. Do u know Mr d?
No I didn’t know that….that’s quite interesting! if somebody knows step forward!
It wasn’t actually Stephen King that was bidding. It was just a guy that looked like him.
lol…ok that makes sense! xxx
