From now until January 25, 2009 locals can see Bette Midler for $50. All you have to do is call Caesars Palace for the details. Bette Midler’s show is lively, creative, and lots of fun. She tells jokes and sings one of her most famous hits at The Colosseum. The Divine Miss M has 20 female dancers on stage with her as well as a 13-piece band. I know that Valentine’s Day is three weeks away but this would be a fantastic gift. Don’t miss this opportunity for locals only to see this fabulous show.

Does anyone know if they keep Bette’s store open at Caesars when she is not scheduled for any shows at the time. I’m going to Vegas for a night next month so I was just curious. I also plan on going in the fall to see her. I know Elton is playing next month but I think he has his own store.
The show hasn’t been doing so good that they handed out free tickets to local groups. I saw the show five times in the front orchestra for free this past week!
The show is not closing. Bette was number 5 in last week’s Box Office charts. The economy is slow here, but oddly enough the bigger shows are doing better. Bette’s not going anywhere….
I don’t work for Caesar’s. They just handed out tickets to some local unions. My union got tickets to 5 shows, so I took tickets for every night they had the free tickets 🙂

YOU LUCKY BASTARD!! God I hate my life. My father is getting laid off so I can’t see Bette’s show anytime soon. I’m am getting really upset.
