Bette Midler is due to sing “Happy Birthday” today to Safe Horizon, which is celebrating 25 years of victim assistance. Expected to join the Divine Miss M at the Waldorf are chairwoman Cynthia Lufkin, Dominick Dunne, Christine Baranski, Ed Koch, Jessica Seinfeld, Nicole Miller and Cornelia Guest.
