Mister D: Mr. Ashley will be directing the new musical featuring the songs of Elvis:
“All Shook up,” whose earlier version was titled “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” will be directed by another old Goodspeed hand, Christopher Ashley (“Das Barbecue,” “Redhead,” “Lucky in the Rain”) whose other credits also include Broadway’s “You’re a Good Man, Charlie ” and “The Rocky Horror Show” and the road tour of “Seussical.” Ashley is also staging Bette Midler’s “Kiss My Brass” tour, which comes to Mohegan Sun on New Year’s Eve and Day
