In 1999, Diana Ross was arrested for assaulting a female airport security guard who, she claimed, had touched her breast while conducting a routine search. “Personally,” Bette Midler later said of the incident, “I always love a good pat-down. If I were Diana, I would have held out for the cavity search!”
