  1. Hey Mr D & All!

This is such an electric song, and from what I’ve read in the past that when Bette performed this song live it was a MAJOR crowd pleasure.

Now I could be way off the mark here and may also getting confused with something else (old age does this to a person, at 39 years old I’ve started going through the change MEN-ARE-ALL-PAUSE!) But I think I have read somewhere that Bette recorded several versions of this song that really captured the essence of her performing this song live. Like I said I maybe off the mark on this one.

I’d love to see Bette do more of her earlier catalog in a live show again “Breaking Up Somebody’s Home & Daytime Hustler” are two songs that would sound amazing live and if she were ever to perform them live would blend in beautifully with today’s genre of music.

Anyway, fantastic film clip. BTW, if any of you have a YouTube account, look my page up I have heaps of Bette clips on there also a few snippets of Mondo Beyondo amongst other clips from the Bathouse days. I’m not responsible for posting these clips, I have just added them to my favorite list. My profile name is: me210869
