Bette Midler was spotted twice this week at the first Broadway previews of “Priscilla: Queen of the Desert,” of which she’s a producer. Spies say Midler took copious notes and chatted with other producers quietly through the performance. The musical, which stars Tony Sheldon, Will Swenson and Nick Adams and opens at the Palace on March 20, is based on the Oscar-winning movie and follows three drag queens driving across Australia in search of love. Midler previously told The Post’s Michael Riedel she loves the show so much, “I’d be starring in it — if I were a gay man!”
