And it turns out that Bette Midler is NOT in the RRHF….what’s up w/that??!!!
When I see those who have been inducted, I cannot for the life of me figure that one out.
I don’t knoe if I or even you will be alive to see that day which irritates the hell out of me! Although Jann Wenner seems to have a lot of pull, so maybe there will be a chance. They’ll have to rmphasize her concerts where she was totally unique and changed the way female singers usually handled themselves on stage….just standing still and singing in front of a microphone. Also her ability to combine theatre with a rock sensibility funneled thru comedy…..kinda get the picture? 🙂
