SiriusXM announced today that iconic singer and actress Bette Midler will sit down for an intimate Q&A session to discuss her celebrated career and first new album in eight years, It’s The Girls!. The Q&A session with a select group of listeners will be moderated by stand-up comic Judy Gold as part of the SiriusXM “Town Hall” series.

“SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Bette Midler,” will air on Thursday, November 6 at 5:00 pm ET via satellite on ”˜60s on 6, and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.ca. During the exclusive SiriusXM special, Tony, Grammy, Golden Globe and Emmy winning artist Bette Midler will answer questions from a studio audience and will preview tracks from her new album, It’s The Girls!, a tribute to girl groups through the ages. It’s The Girls! features the swinging sounds of WWII-era Andrews Sisters, to ”˜60s super-groups like The Supremes and The Shirelles, to ”˜90s hit makers TLC.

“SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Bette Midler” is part of SiriusXM’s “Town Hall” series, featuring iconic entertainers and figures sitting down with studio audiences of SiriusXM listeners.
