Official Rules:
General: This is a call-in contest sponsored by KPRC TV.
By calling the contest phone number following the announcement, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Contest runs during the 4 p.m. newscast between 4 pm and 5 pm. All times in this contest refer to Central Time. It is KPRC-TV’s right to end the run of this contest at any time without mention.
By entering the phone-in contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this sweepstakes at any time. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this contest.
How to Enter: A “call now to win” announcement will be made in a certain segment of KPRC’s 4 pm weekday newscast on Nov. 15, 16 and 17. The winner will be the 10th caller following the announcement.
Prize: The prize is 2 tickets to see Bette Midler perform on Friday, Nov. 19 at the Toyota Center. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no substitutions will be made for this prize. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Winner must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, or the prize will be forfeited. Some prizes may be available for pick-up only at the Channel 2 Studios.
Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of the viewing area of KPRC TV, who are 18 years of age as of the date he/she has won the contest and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal or state laws and regulations. Employees of KPRC, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, Competitive Media Companies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses are not eligible).
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be required to sign and return to the Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 2 days of notification. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited.

The Sponsor, and its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees assume no responsibility for any error, defect, communications line failure, or technical malfunction affecting the outcome of winners selected in this contest.
