Elton John, Paul Simon and Neil Young tapped as presenters for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions

Elton John, Paul Simon, Neil Young, Bette Midler and John Legend will be among the presenters at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s 26th annual induction ceremony Monday, March 14, at New York City’s Waldorf-Astoria Hotel.
The incoming Hall of Famers include Alice Cooper, Neil Diamond, Dr. John, Darlene Love, Tom Waits and Leon Russell.
The Rock Hall has not announced specifically which presenters will induct which honorees, but it’s a safe bet that John will do the honors for Russell. They teamed up to record an album, “The Union,” released in October.
Really Darlene Love? What about Tom Waits? I mean she REALLY has a history with him.
i just have a feeling….they’re pretty close…it’s a tough call. But Bette borrowed from a lo of those girl group sounds of which Darlene was a part of….
