Self-proclaimed fashion guru, Mr. Blackwell let loose on the gowns the women were wearing at the recent Grammy Awards.

Here’s a few of his comments that he made to the National Enquirer recently.

K.D. Lang – a bullfighter gone astray; Paula Abdul – exploding out of that too short mini like an over boiled hot dog; Bette Midler – all the glamor of a worn out sneaker; Bonnie Raitt – the best thing she wore was her guitar.

I wonder if he would like a saucer of milk to go along with these catty remarks?

  1. Well, I was never in love with that outfit. But I LOVE that performance. The Divine One made a tiny mistake with the lyrics but the voice, the emotion, the musicians and the fact that the audience (including Linda Ronstadt) stood and gave a big hand to Miss M was fantastic. Icing on the cake was Arif Mardin getting a Grammy. He was such a brilliant producer.
