Atlanta filming updates, star sightings

Happy Tuesday. Here’s what I know.
“Parental Guidance” (Billy Crystal, Bette Midler, Marisa Tomei) = filming at the Cobb Energy Center.
BET’s “The Game” (tv show) = filming at King Plow.
“The Marriage Counselor” (Tyler Perry movie with Kim Kardashian although no KK sightings yet) = filming at Peachtree Place.
“Neighborhood Watch” (Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Jonah Hill) = filming in Brookhaven now and at Smyrna’s Campbell High School later this week.
Thanks to area resident Buddy Owen for filling us in thusly:
“”˜Neighborhood Watch’ is filming in Capital City at one of the homes toward the club house. They are using the old Kroger parking lot next to Pike for parking and shuttling back and forth. Also I hung out with Jonah Hill at The Ivy in Buckhead on Sunday night. He was there with his team for the premiere and viewing of his new animated show called ”˜Allen Gregory.’He was very nice and cordial to everyone there and even posed for a pic with me as I was leaving.”
Neat.
In somewhat related news Tomei and Midler are “Souper” Jenny Levison’s new BFFs. The ladies have been seen checking out Levison’s two Buckhead restaurants.
Skateboarding pro Tony Hawk was at the Georgia World Congress Center today speaking to a parks and recreation convention. He plays himself in a cameo in “Parental Guidance.” More on that later.
