People who knew me in high school thought I was not going to be successful. I was an outcast, overweight, didn’t have a boyfriend. I was doing crazy improvs and I was obsessed with Bette Midler.
When I got my first movie, Hocus Pocus, with Bette Midler, I thought of them going to see it and thinking “How did that freakish girl get in this movie?”
