STOCKARD CHANNING got a warm welcome at her Broadway return. The actress, who took time off from “Other Desert Cities” to shoot a pilot for ABC with Mandy Moore, received a standing ovation from the likes of Bette Midler, Julianna Margulies and Channing Tatum at the Booth Theater on 45th St. on Tuesday. On Friday, a spy says buddies Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire were in the audience to see Channing’s first show back after she had missed nearly a month of performances to film the pilot.
