BetteBack: “The Divine Miss M” Hits The Top 5 On Billboard

It looks as if Roberta Flack has become a permanent fixture at the top of the charts. The big race seems to be for second place among the singles with the Carpenters’ “Sing” beating out Donny Osmond‘s “The Twelfth of Never.”

New entry among the albums this -week is Bette Midler‘s “The Divine Miss M“‘ which has reached fifth place. Her Music Center performance earlier this month was sold out -weeks before it happened.
