Our Constitution is a “Living” document; it’s not the Holy Bible. It must change to reflect the times; the times need change in gun laws.
In 1689 the English Bill of Rights guaranteed rights of Protestants to bear arms, in fear of a Catholic King. Guns are now banned in UK.
Our 2nd Amendment was written BEFORE we had a national army or even a police force. The English law, which we copied, is 300 years old.
